Packet Pick-up:

If you are not able to pick-up your packet, someone else can pick it up for you. There will be a limited last minute bib pick-up on race morning near the start line. This race morning bib pick-up is ONLY for extenuating circumstances.

Parking:
There will be signs and volunteers to point you towards parking.
Every vehicle parked at the race start will need a DISCOVER PASS. Discover passes are required to park in State Parks. They can be purchased online here. There will be signs throughout the parking lot so you can purchase a day pass online as well.

Race Schedule:
8:00am - 25K
8:30am - 10K
9:00am - 5K
9:05am - Kids Fun Run
1:30pm - Courses Close

Cutoff Times:
25K: Runners are required to finish in 5.5 hours (before 1:30pm).

Gear Check:
Gear check will be available for ALL runners at the start line. In an effort to reduce waste, we ask runners to please bring your own bag to put your belongings in. We will provide a tyvek hospital type wrist band to label your bag with your bib number. You will need your bib number showing when you drop off and pick-up your bag. Gear check is only available for athletes wearing bib numbers.

Awards:
Awards will be distributed for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place overall for Male and Female for each distance. Age group awards will also be provided for 1st place in age groups. Age Groups: 1-14, 15-19, 20-24, 25-29, 30-34, 35-39, 40-44, 45-49, 50-54, 55-59, 60-64, 65-69, 70-74, 75+

If you are not able to stay for your award, they can be shipped to you for a $10 shipping and handling fee.

Finish Line:
The finish line will have water and snacks. Swag will be available to purchase. Portable toilets and hand washing stations will be available in the start / finish area.

Virtual:
The Virtual Run sign up is available between April 15, 2025 - October 19, 2025. Virtual runners complete and submit their information anytime between October 10 - October 26, 2025 to the virtual results page located here. Virtual runners will have their items mailed to them shortly after the live race (October 19, 2025).
